What kind of educational and cultural programming will Leading Thunderbird Lodge clients receive?
Leading Thunderbird Lodge will promote and encourage clients academic performance, they will be enrolled in a personalized study program to ensure that there are no significant academic losses as a result of receiving treatment.
The importance of revisiting and renewing the youth’s knowledge of First Nations heritage is emphasized in the program. A Cultural Studies program is provided at LTL by the Cultural coordinator, staff, Elders, guests, as well as through traditional ceremonies.
